I have given up on the website. I searched through emails from 2008 to find out how to access this old blog we had. Hopefully with the blog, I will get into updating group stuff more.
Upcoming events for TNT.
This coming weekend we have some people racing at the Lil Rhody Runaround and also some at The Mews 6.9k. Both races are on Sunday.
Next week, we have out annual Thanksgiving Morning Run at George Ross's house.
The end of November into December will bring some more group trail runs, a cyclocross race and the Run for Hope almost 10k on December 10th in Newport.
I will try to post results going forward...I will also start updating the info on the run pages ASAP. Keep an eye out!

Scott Mason given special recognition in New Engand Runner
The current edition of New England Runner not only recognized Martin Tighe as the top senior In RI in 2008 but both Scott Mason and myself were given a little kudos for our 'running' photography in the editorial. While I am chuffed with providing the cover shot of former-Turtle Matt Pelletier being given the acolade of the top runner in New England in 2008. I'd like to mention the recognition that Scott Mason was given in the editorial (for those who do not recieve the magazine) - Scott has both appeared on the cover of New England Runner as an athlete and has taken the photograph which appeared on the cover of New England runner (CVS Downtown 5K) in the September/October edition...Scotty discusses this in more detail in his blog here .
So, as the legs and body get a wee-bit older Scott continues to provide support to the New England running community both as a runner and a photographer; and as a Tuesday Night Turtle.

An abominable snowman in East Greenwich?
To run, this snowy morning, there were some difficult roads to navigate just to drive to the start, especially us folks from South County - why is there always someone really slow in front of you when you are in a hurry?
As you can see from the photograph our current Man of Winter is living up to his award as he throws his snowy-beard into the ring to repeat this year. Joining Bob on the run this morning were Jackie, Michaela, Karen, El Presidente, John Peabody, Cousin Rich, Don Henderson and myself.
A special mention for Don Henderson who ran 18 miles in the snow this morning. An awesome feat as we had to run in the powder for most of the run
The toughest, and most dangerous, part of the run, as it always is, was from the parking lot through East Greenwich - Michaela has suggested the we should probably move the start of the run on these really snowy mornings to the parking lot at Conversations - which does make a lot of sense!!
